QA/QC Introduction

Quality Control Department consists of 3 staff, including 1 engineer and 2 assistants. The duty of the department is illustrated as followings:
1) Testing the quality of the raw materials such as
   polyethylene and butyl rubber
2) Testing the semi-products in order to monitor the
   processes and procedures of production line
3) Testing each batch of product and come out with a
   formal report
4) During the implementation stage, there is any quality
   issues, the testing team has the duty to get a
   sample of the fault and investigate it and come out
   with a report
5) Testing equipment and facilities daily in order to
   ensure reliable results
