Research and Development

R&D Department consists of 3 staff, including 1 engineer and 2 senior engineers. The duty of the department is illustrated as followings:
1) Creating new products
2) Investigating the technique of current products or
   new products
3) Innovating new equipment and machines for
   efficiency and effectiveness of the production line,
   even using the equipment and machines for
   manufacturing new products
4) Controlling the process and procedure of the
   production line
5) During the implementation stage, they have duty to
   impart technique and procedures for the workers on
   the construction site
