Introduction

Ningbo Ideal Anticorrosion Material Co., Ltd. is a private limited corporation, that currently has 200 staff members including over 20-university graduations and technicians. General Manager and Director Mr. Xu Mengjin has such a capability for the daily operating of the corporation. Moreover, two Vice General Managers (Marketing Manager and Production Manager) had been employed to operate both marketing and manufacturing in order to executive the strategy, plan, and message in an effective manner.

The Marketing Manager is in charge of Finance, Sales and International Trade Dept., and Production manager serves Office, manufacturing, technology and quality control Dept. Each department has great passion towards its own work, is aware of its own liabilities and working together in order to follow the schedule and achieve a goal and plan on time.

Introduction:Mengjin Xu was born in 1954, and is possessed of a high diploma and master of economics. Furthermore, He is an owner of Ningbo Ideal Anticorrosion Material Co., Ltd, and is one of the team members who have invented complex polyethylene anticorrosion materials. Polyethylene tape & primer for anticorrosion have been listed in the National Torch Plan, and become the national patent for invention products. Nowadays, he is a major member of China Petrochemical Engineering Construction Association, Anticorrosion & Insulation Technology Committee, and China City Gas institute. Moreover, he wins honor of Ningbo paragon on the workforce, and is an excellent member of China Communist Party in Cixi.
